煤矸石高效利用系统在降低水泥烧成煤耗中的应用

为降低水泥生产煤耗,同时实现煤矸石固废的高效高价值利用,设计出煤矸石高效利用系统.系统将煤矸石单独粉磨后送入分解炉内燃烧,喂入分解炉内的煤矸石粉量为3 t/h时,煤矸石带入的热量为3.82 kg/t;此时,熟料烧成热耗降低了 3.32 kg/t,计算得煤矸石粉的热效率为86.95%,节煤效益为393元/h;去除煤矸石粉加工成本后,可增加经济效益为123元/h,折合单位熟料生产成本降低0.95元/t.
Introduction to the application of efficient utilization system of coal gangue in reducing coal consumption in cement burning
To reduce coal consumption in cement production and achieve efficient and high-value utilization of coal gangue solid waste,a coal gangue efficient utilization system is designed.The system separately grinds coal gangue and sends it into the decomposi-tion furnace for combustion.When the coal gangue powder fed into the decomposition furnace is 3 t/h,the heat brought in by the coal gangue is 3.82 kg/t,and the heat consumption of the clinker during firing is decreased by 3.32 kg/t.Thermal efficiency of coal gangue powder is 86.95%,and benefit generated by coal saving is 393 yuan/h.After removing the processing cost of coal gangue powder,the economic benefits can be increased by 123 yuan/h,which is equivalent to a reduction of 0.95 yuan/t in unit clinker production cost.
