褐煤在非洲某厂熟料煅烧中的应用实践

摘要
随着各国优质能源的日益减少并且获取困难,以及水泥企业成本控制的要求逐年提升,合理安全的运用劣质褐煤进行熟料生产已经变的越来越重要.但是由于褐煤特性,其在水泥窑生产过程中的安全运输、存储、制备、使用都存在新的挑战.本文介绍了通过加强生产和工艺管理,褐煤在非洲某水泥生产线保产生产中的实践和摸索,结果表明褐煤可以满足安全生产的要求.
Abstract
With the increasing reduction and difficulty in obtaining high-quality energy in various countries,as well as the increasing demand for cost control in cement enterprises,it has become increasingly important to use inferior lignite for clinker production in a reasonable and safe manner.However,due to the characteristics of lignite,there are new challenges in its safe transportation,storage,preparation,and use in cement kiln production.This article introduces the practice and exploration of lignite application in a cement production line in Africa by strengthening production and process management.The results show that lignite can meet the requirements of safety production.
