我公司一条4 800 t/d的水泥熟料干法生产线配套建有日处理200t城乡生活垃圾项目,近段时间以来水泥窑窑尾分解炉锥部及烟室部位频繁结皮,且处理困难,严重影响回转窑热工制度,影响熟料产质量.本文结合对窑尾结皮料的化学分析结果,详细探究了形成结皮的原因,提出了为预防结皮问题所采取的技术措施和管理措施,并取得了良好效果.
Analysis of the causes of skin formation in the preheating decomposition system and process optimization
Our company has a 4800 t/d cement clinker dry process production line,which is equipped with a daily treatment project of 200 tons of urban and rural household waste.Recently,the cone and smoke chamber of the decomposition furnace at the end of the ce-ment kiln have been frequently skinned and difficult to handle,seriously affecting the thermal system of the rotary kiln and the quality of clinker production.This article combines the chemical analysis results of the kiln tail skin material to explore in detail the reasons for the formation of skin,and proposes technical and management measures to prevent skin problems,which have achieved good results.
