Abstract
This article introduces the process design process of transforming the old factory into a bulk cement workshop for automobile transportation.Through logistics balance calculation,it takes into account the multifunctional requirements of cement packaging and bulk cement,achieving the goal of improving the shipping capacity and efficiency of bulk cement.
