湖南良田水泥有限公司Φ3.4m×11m水泥预粉磨系统是2005年建成投产,自投产以来一直产量低、电耗高,M32.5水泥28d强度低,水泥颗粒级配分布不合理.为降低产品能耗,改善水泥品质,分析影响磨机产量及品质的关键因素,组织实施了一系列改造,结果表明,系统产量由89 t/h提高到121t/h,增产32t/h,粉磨电耗由年平均32.29 kWh/t降到年平均25.22kWh/t,节电 7.07 kWh/t.
Improvement measures for increasing production and reducing consumption of Φ3.4m×11m pre-grinding system
The Φ 3.4 m×1 1m cement pre grinding system of Hunan Liangtian Cement Co.,Ltd was completed and put into operation in 2005.Since its commissioning,the production has been low and the power consumption has been high.M32.5 cement has a low 28 d strength and an unreasonable distribution of cement particle size distribution.In order to reduce product energy consumption,improve cement quality,analyze the key factors affecting mill output and quality,a series of renovations were organized and implemented.The results showed that the system output increased from 89 t/h to 121 t/h,with an increase of 32 t/h.The annual average power consump-tion of grinding decreased from 32.29 kWh/t to 25.22 kWh/t,saving 7.07 kWh/t.
