Design of composite broken chain detection system for medium double chain scraper conveyor
The double chain scraper conveyor has a wide groove and a large conveying capacity,and the impact of chain breakage acci-dents is self-evident.Reducing the degree of damage caused by chain breakage and reducing the difficulty of maintenance after acci-dents directly affect the production efficiency of enterprises.At present,the chain breakage detection in this field is relatively single,the response is not timely enough,and reliability needs to be considered.The composite broken chain detection system,which is ap-plied to medium and double chain scraper conveyors and can be flexibly arranged by combining various combinations with the structur-al points of the scraper conveyor,improves the response speed in case of chain breakage accidents,greatly increases the timeliness of chain breakage detection,reduces the damage and losses caused by chain breakage,and provides a reliable method for intelligent pro-duction and online monitoring of scraper conveyor.
