摘要

本文主要从熟料的矿物组成、水泥细度、碱含量、石膏种类、混合材种类及掺量等方面研究了 P·O42.5水泥与聚羧酸减水剂适应性的影响因素.结合实际生产数据,深入分析其影响机理,并将所得研究成果用于指导实际生产,将相关生产参数控制在合理的范围内,生产出了与聚羧酸减水剂适应性良好、各项性能优异的P·O42.5水泥.

Abstract

This article mainly studies the influencing factors of the adaptability between P·O42.5 cement and polycarboxylate super-plasticizer from the aspects of mineral composition of clinker,cement fineness,alkali content,gypsum type,mixed material type and dosage.Based on actual production data,an in-depth analysis of its impact mechanism was conducted,and the obtained research re-sults were used to guide actual production.Relevant production parameters were controlled within a reasonable range,resulting in the production of P·O42.5 cement with good adaptability to polycarboxylate water reducing agents and excellent performance in various as-pects.
