摘要
石家庄某水泥厂煤磨袋除尘器由气箱脉冲式袋除尘器改造为行喷吹式袋除尘.改造要求袋除尘器出口颗粒物标况下排放≤5mg/m3,设备阻力≤1 500 Pa.改造利用原气箱脉冲袋除尘器的壳体、灰斗及进出气管道等,新制作整体式净气室,袋室和烟道加高3m,采用Φ130mm×5500mm的拒水、防油、防静电涤纶覆膜滤袋,根据需要适当增加泄爆阀的面积,采用新的脉冲清灰系统.改造后顺利通过了业主和当地环保部门的检测,经过 1年的运行,设备达到了低阻力、超洁净排放的改造目标.
Abstract
The coal mill bag dust collector of a cement plant in a cement plant of Shijiazhuang has been transformed from an air box pulse bag dust collector to a row jet bag dust collector.The transformation requires the discharge of particulate matter at the outlet of the bag filter to be≤5 mg/m3 under standard conditions,and the equipment resistance to be ≤ 1500 Pa.Transforming and utilizing the shell,ash hopper,and inlet and outlet pipelines of the original gas box pulse bag dust collector,a new integrated air purification cham-ber will be made,with the bag chamber and flue raised by 3 meters,Φ130 mm×5 500 mm waterproof,oil resistant,and anti-static poly-ester membrane filter bag,with an appropriate increase in the area of the explosion relief valve as needed,and a new pulse cleaning sys-tem adopted.After the renovation,the equipment passed the inspection of the owner and local environmental protection department smoothly.After one year of operation,the equipment achieved the renovation goal of low resistance and ultra clean emissions.
