在水泥建材领域,水泥库装料卸料运行一段时间需要进行清库作业,以往大多人工清理,效率低,危险系数高,所以对机械化清库作业提出了更高的要求和需求.水泥库清库作业难度高,环境恶劣,对电气控制系统的运行稳定性要求较高,本文以清库机器人电控系统为设计研究对象,阐述了电气控制系统优化及改造的方法和解决的效果.
Optimization of electrical control system for a clearing robot
In the field of cement building materials,the loading and unloading of cement silos require cleaning operations for a period of time.In the past,most manual cleaning methods had low efficiency and high risk factors,which raised higher requirements and de-mands for mechanized cleaning operations.The difficulty of cleaning the cement warehouse is high,the environment is harsh,and the stability of the electrical control system is required.This article takes the electrical control system of the cleaning robot as the design and research object,and elaborates on the methods and solutions for optimizing and transforming the electrical control system.
