摘要

本文对多组生料样品进行125 μm和63μm负压筛析重复性和再现性检测,采用测量系统分析,比较了生料称样质量为25 g和10 g时的测量系统波动情况和3次重复筛析试验筛余物质量能否满足后续筛余物研磨制粉进行X射线衍射分析,最终确定了生料125 µm和63 μm负压筛析试验时适宜的称样质量分别为25 g和10 g.

Abstract

This paper conducts repeatability and reproducibility tests on multiple sets of raw meal samples using 125 μm and 63 μm negative pressure sieve analysis.The fluctuation of the measurement system was compared when the weight of the raw meal was 25 g and 10 g,and whether the quality of the sieve residue in three repeated sieve analysis tests could meet the requirements of subsequent sieve residue grinding and powder making for X-ray diffraction analysis.The appropriate sample weights for the negative pressure sieve analysis tests of 125 μm and 63 μm of raw meal were determined to be 25 g and 10 g,respectively.
