摘要
为提升水泥行业余热利用率,结合多个水泥窑余热发电系统设计参数和运行情况,分析了运行时优缺点.并在理论计算基础上提出窑尾锅炉省煤器+闪蒸器的设计思路,得到了实际运行的验证.
Abstract
To improve the utilization rate of waste heat in the cement industry,the advantages and disadvantages of operation were ana-lyzed based on the design parameters and operating conditions of multiple cement kiln waste heat power generation systems.And based on theoretical calculations,a design concept of a kiln tail boiler economizer+flash evaporator was proposed,which was verified by actu-al operation.
