Discussion on the layout plan of cement plant kiln tail structure
The frame structure of the cement plant kiln tail bears a large amount of equipment load,and has high requirements for the bearing capacity,stability,seismic resistance,and wind load resistance of the structure.At the same time,in order to meet the needs of owners and the market,it is necessary to save materials as much as possible,which puts higher requirements on the design of the kiln tail frame structure.Therefore,a more efficient and reasonable layout scheme needs to be adopted for the framework structure of the kiln tail.The article proposes three layout schemes for the kiln tail frame structure based on the construction requirements of a certain cement plant project,and compares and analyzes the steel usage and rationality of the structural layout of the three schemes.
