摘要

水泥行业是全球碳排放大户之一,全氧燃烧是碳减排的托底手段之一,该技术目前处于工业应用的初期.本文对全氧燃烧环境下的燃料燃烧特性、生料分解特性及熟料烧成影响因素展开研究,旨在揭示全氧燃烧气氛对水泥生产过程及熟料质量的影响规律,探明生产过程中的调控关键参数与指标,为全氧燃烧工程化应用提供理论指导.

Abstract

The cement industry is one of the major global carbon emitters,and aerobic combustion is one of the basic means to reduce carbon emissions.This technology is currently in the early stages of industrial application.This article conducts a study on the combus-tion characteristics of fuel,raw material decomposition characteristics,and factors affecting clinker burning in an all oxygen combus-tion environment.The aim is to reveal the influence of the all oxygen combustion atmosphere on the cement production process and clinker quality,explore the key control parameters and indicators in the production process,and provide theoretical guidance for the engineering application of all oxygen combustion.
