替代燃料涡流燃烧与低温气化组合工艺在水泥窑中的应用研究

摘要
为了提高水泥窑的热量替代率,降低使用替代燃料对烧成系统的影响,本文提出了替代燃料涡流燃烧和分解炉外低温气化后入炉燃烧相组合的工艺.以某采用RSP分解炉的水泥生产线为例,介绍了该工艺方案和应用效果.结果表明,使用替代燃料后,烧成系统运行稳定,烧成系统热量替代率可达36%(废纺).该工艺系统简单,布置灵活,投资少,通过合理控制替代燃料品质及优化系统操作,可达到较好的节煤降碳效果.
Abstract
In order to improve the fuel substitution rate of the cement kiln and reduce the impact of using alternative fuels on the burn-ing system,this paper proposed a combined process of alternative fuel swirl combustion and low-temperature gasification outside the cement precalciner followed by furnace combustion.Taking a cement production line using RSP cement precalciner as an example,this process plan and application effect were introduced.The results shown that the TSR(thermal substitution rate)of the cement line can reach 36%(using waste spinning),and the sintering system operated stably.The process system was simple,flexible in layout,and required minimal investment.By reasonably controlling the quality of alternative fuels and optimizing system operations,the com-bined process achieved good coal saving and carbon reduction effects.
