摘要

水泥行业停窑降温时段污染物排放量按照HJ75-2017标准进行修正统计,造成污染物排放量异常增大.笔者认为该种方法使用标准不准确,修正值结果不合理.将"停窑降温"时段的数据当作是其它异常导致的数据无效时段是对技术规范理解有误,对应情况分析不准确并分析了原因,提出了建议.

Abstract

The pollutant emissions during the shutdown and cooling period of the cement industry were adjusted according to the HJ75-2017 standard,resulting in an abnormal increase in pollutant emissions.The author believes that the standard used for this method is inaccurate and the correction value results are unreasonable.Treating the data during the"kiln shutdown cooling"period as invalid due to other anomalies is a misunderstanding of the technical specifications.The corresponding situation analysis is inaccurate and the reasons have been analyzed.Suggestions have been put forward.
