摘要
我公司自主研发设计了一款智能清库机器人,采用双层四点支撑结构.在介绍该款机器人机械结构和液压系统设计要求的基础上,文章对液压系统设计进行了详细分析说明,包括液压系统的构成,关键元件的选择,集成阀的设计以及整体系统动作测试.整个液压系统的设计实现流量调节,具备入库主油管最少,各部位功能独立控制、操作安全等优点.
Abstract
Our company has independently developed and designed an intelligent inventory cleaning robot,which adopts a double-lay-er four point support structure.On the basis of introducing the mechanical structure and hydraulic system design requirements of this robot,the article provides a detailed analysis and explanation of the hydraulic system design,including the composition of the hydraulic system,selection of key components,design of integrated valves,and overall system action testing.The design of the entire hydraulic system achieves flow regulation,with the advantages of minimal storage of main oil pipes,independent control of various functions,and safe operation.
