我公司原有两套水泥磨Φ4.2m×13.5m+O-Sepa N3000选粉机组成的闭路粉磨系统,其单磨生产能力95 t/h,工序电耗高达38 kWh/t以上.因系统配置落后、产量低、能耗高,水泥生产成本居高不下,存在能耗指标超出水泥单位产品能源消耗限额标准和执行阶梯电价的政策风险.为降低生产成本,公司从新增HFCG180-160辊压机系统及其磨内改造两方面着手进行改造,实现提高了水泥磨台时158.78 t/h,降低水泥粉磨电耗13.48 kWh/t.

The company's original two sets of cement mill Φ4.2 m×13.5 m+O-Sepa N3000 powder selector composed of closed-cir-cuit grinding system,which has a single mill capacity of 95 t/h,and the process power consumption is as high as 38 kWh/t or more.Due to the backward system configuration,low output and high energy consumption,the cost of cement production remains high,and there is a policy risk that the energy consumption index exceeds the limit standard of energy consumption per unit product of cement and the implementation of ladder electricity price.Therefore,in order to reduce the production cost,the company started from the new HFCG180-160 roller press system and the transformation of the mill to realize the improvement of the capacity of 158.78 t/h and the reduction of cement grinding process power consumption 13.48 kWh/t.
