Identification and control measures of supply chain risks in engineering enterprises
This article is based on the core concept of risk management and deeply analyzes the main aspects of supplier risk,which can be summarized into multiple dimensions such as supplier selection risk,contract management risk,delivery risk,and quality man-agement risk.On this basis,this article further proposes specific measures to strengthen the foundation of supply chain management and respond to supply chain risks,aiming to effectively enhance the safety and stability of engineering enterprise procurement by im-proving risk control capabilities.
