Robust design of centrifugal fan impeller based on grey relational analysis
The grey system theory is used to transform the multi-objective optimization into a single objective optimization problem, and taking the relational degree as target function between the target sequences. In the robust design of centrifugal fan,it is usually re-quired to meet a number of targets, such as high efficiency, sufficient total pressure and other quality requirements. In this paper, the experimental design of the controllable factor in the centrifugal fan impeller is carried out,and the target response value of the input parameter for impeller is obtained by using the existing CFD software. The variance analysis of the grey relational degree of the calculat-ed target sequence is carried out,and the influence degree of each level of each factor on the response of the target is obtained,so as to get the best parameter of the factor. The research shows that the application of grey theory used to the robust design of centrifugal fans achieves good results, which indicates that this method is of great applicability in multi-objective robust design.
