摘要

江山何家山水泥有限公司熟料生产线协同处置水洗飞灰并使用废纺作为替代燃料,由于水洗飞灰和替代燃料中Cl-含量偏高,为此窑尾设置旁路放风系统,但原两级旋风收尘器和烟气中的含氯粉尘无法外排,最终通过氯循环进入熟料中,导致水泥中的Cl-含量偏高.本文介绍了旁路放风系统的技改措施,通过旁路放风取风口和两级旋风收尘器的改造,提高旋风收尘器的分离效率,并使第二级旋风收尘器收集的Cl-含量较高的粉尘重新进入飞灰水洗系统,从而降低熟料中的Cl-含量.

Abstract

Jiangshan Hejiashan Cement Co.,Ltd.'s clinker production line collaboratively disposes of washed fly ash and uses waste spinning as an alternative fuel.Due to the high Cl-content in washed fly ash and alternative fuel,a bypass ventilation system is in-stalled at the kiln tail.However,the original two-stage cyclone dust collector and chlorine containing dust in the flue gas cannot be dis-charged,and ultimately enters the clinker through chlorine circulation,resulting in a high Cl-content in the cement.This article intro-duces the technical renovation measures of the bypass ventilation system.Through the renovation of the bypass ventilation intake and two-stage cyclone dust collector,the separation efficiency of the cyclone dust collector is improved,and the dust with high Cl-content collected by the second stage cyclone dust collector is reintroduced into the fly ash washing system,thereby reducing the Cl-content in the clinker.
