Application practice of yellow phosphorus slag in raw material batching and calcination of clinker
As an industrial waste residue,yellow phosphorus slag exhibits its potential reuse value after undergoing high-temperature calcination and water quenching.To maximize the benefits of yellow phosphorus slag,this paper explores through in-depth production practice the optimal incorporation ratio in raw meal blending.Through continuous adjustment of the incorporation amount of yellow phosphorus slag,it has been found that the incorporation of yellow phosphorus slag has a significant impact on the production of clin-ker,At the optimal incorporation ratio,the blending of yellow phosphorus slag can reduce the energy consumption of clinker firing,im-prove the quality of clinker,providing a new approach for the reuse of yellow phosphorus slag and also offering beneficial exploration for the sustainable development of the cement production industry.
