摘要
γ型硅酸二钙是一种低含钙量,且具有自粉化特性的胶凝性材料,其通过与二氧化碳反应获得强度.与传统水硬性硅酸三钙相比,γ型硅酸二钙的生产制备过程低碳节能,是水泥行业未来发展的重要方向.文章对γ型硅酸二钙材料性能的影响因素、碳化机理及应用现状进行了介绍,为水泥工业的碳捕集、利用与封存(CCUS)提供研究思路.
Abstract
Gamma type dicalcium silicate is a cementitious material with low calcium content and self powdering properties,which ob-tains strength by reacting with carbon dioxide.Compared with traditional hydraulic tricalcium silicate,the production and preparation process of γ-type dicalcium silicate is low-carbon and energy-saving,which is an important direction for the future development of the cement industry.The influencing factors,carbonization mechanism,and application status of γ-type dicalcium silicate materials were introduced,providing research ideas for carbon capture,utilization,and storage(CCUS)in the cement industry.
