Analysis of optimization transformation examples of grate cooler
Absract:Aiming at the problems of high energy consumption,high resistance,and low efficiency faced by a cement plant in Anhui,an energy-saving and carbon reducing solution for the firing system has been proposed,in which the transformation of the grate cooler is a key link.The inherent structural characteristics of the original third-generation grate cooler have led to problems such as material leak-age and wear during production,ultimately manifested in low secondary and tertiary air temperatures,heavy equipment maintenance workload,and high failure rates.Replacing the fourth generation grate cooler can effectively improve the secondary and tertiary air tem-perature and heat recovery efficiency,reduce the outlet clinker temperature of the grate cooler,and achieve a dual harvest of energy conservation,carbon reduction,and economic benefits.
