Design and application of remote intelligent temperature monitoring system for cement kiln surface based on Internet of Things
With the rapid development of the Internet of Things(IoT),cloud computing,big data analysis,and network communica-tion technologies,the cement industry is gradually transforming towards intelligence and digitization.This paper designs and imple-ments a remote temperature measurement intelligent monitoring system for cement kilns based on Internet of Things technology.The system collects temperature data of cement kilns through sensors and transmits the data to a cloud platform for processing and analysis through LoRa wireless communication technology.By monitoring and analyzing real-time temperature data,abnormal operation of ce-ment kilns can be detected in a timely manner,and production parameters can be adjusted according to actual conditions to improve production efficiency and product quality.The application results show that the system has good stability and reliability,and can meet the needs of remote temperature measurement and intelligent monitoring of cement kilns.
