The influence of polycarboxylate superplasticizer on the performance of carbonation cured aerated concrete
By means of precuring and carbon dioxide curing, this paper studied the effects of polycarboxylate superplasticizer on the properties of carbonized cured aerated concrete products by taking steel slag, cement, gypsum, lime, etc.as raw materials. The results showed that:polycarboxylate superplasticizer had a significant impact on the rheological properties, dry density, compressive strength, and carbon fixation of carbonized cured aerated concrete. The dosage of polycarboxylate superplasticizer gradually increased from 0.60%to 0.76%,and the yield stress and carbon fixation of carbonized cured aerated concrete test samples gradually increased, while the dry density and compressive strength gradually decreased. In addition, when the dosage of polycarboxylate superplasticizer was 0.72%,the compressive strength of carbonized cured aerated concrete was optimal. At this time, the dry density was 621 kg/m3,the compressive strength was 4.0 MPa,and the carbon fixation was 11.52%.
