摘要
系统说明建筑施工集团企业计划管理体系的应用意义、主要内容以及决定成败的因素等基础内涵；指出建筑施工集团企业计划管理体系的各级组织职责及管控原理，并重点阐述建筑施工集团企业计划管理体系中的应用计划构成。分析表明，应用成熟完善的建筑施工集团企业计划管理体系能够满足企业管理的需要，为企业的可持续发展发挥巨大的作用。
Abstract
System to illustrate the application of enterprise project management system of construction group significance, main content, and decides success or failure of the factors such as basic connotation;Points out that the enterprise project management system of construction group organizations at all levels of responsibility and control principle, and then elaborated the construction group enterprise project management system of the application program.Analysis shows that the application of mature and perfect enterprise project management system of construction group can meet the needs of enterprise management, play an enormous role in the sustainable development for the enterprise.
