摘要
建筑工程招投标是工程项目管理的基本内容之一，如何做到公平、公正、科学、客观的招投标对维护市场秩序、促进经济发展具有重要意义。随着《中华人民共和国招标投标法》的颁布和实施，各类建设项目招投标方面的工作虽然已经步入了规范化和制度化的道路，但仍然存在很多问题。本人根据近年来参与招投标方面工作中所发现的问题，有针对性的提出了有关的对策。
