摘要
我国工业和民用建筑中，渗漏质量问题普遍存在。业主家庭生活受其影响，如果得不到很好的解决，可能会导致安全事故发生。本文从五个方面探讨工民建中防渗漏技术，以期能够为我国工民建防渗漏技术应用水平的提升以及我国建筑行业经济效益和社会效益的提高提供一定的帮助。
Abstract
industrial and civil buildings in China, the leakage is common quality problems. Family life affected by its owner, if can not get very good solve, may cause the safety accidents. This paper discusses from five aspects seepage prevention technology in building engineering, in order to our country civil leakage technology application level of ascension as well as the construction industry in our country the improvement of economic and social benefits to provide certain help.
