摘要
水保措施包括林牧业措施、农业措施和工程措施。水保措施主要增加坡面和河沟中的糙率，变缓坡度，增加部分面积上的入渗能力和地面拦蓄径流的能力，对洪峰流量起到了调节作用。该文通过水保措施对降雨损失、洪峰模、径流量、洪水过程、年径流量、年蒸发量和冲刷量的影响分析，明确水保措施治理的效果。

Through the analysis of the loss of rainfall and water conservation measures, Hong Fengmo, runoff, flood process, annual runoff and annual evaporation and runoff quantity influence,clear water conservation measures governance effect.
