为更好地促进县级供电企业发展，县级供电企业应结合单位实情采用行之有效管理方法才能有效实现企业财务管理目标--企业价值最大化。有效的内部控制制度与先进成本管理有机结合才能实现企业价值最大化。
Abstract
In order to promote the development of county-level power supply enterprises better, they should be combined with the unit fact, and adopt effective management approaches to achieve business goals effectively. Effective internal control systems and advanced cost management integrated to achieve maximum business value.
