摘要
建筑行业是一个安全事故频发的高风险行业，建筑施工企业的安全管理是事关企业长远发展的关键问题之一。为了提高建筑行业的安全管理水平，我国着力构建建筑行业安全管理体系，并取得了显著的成效。但由于建筑企业安全管理水平参差不齐，部分企业安全生产意识不强，现场施工人员素质不高、管理方法和手段落后等因素的影响，建筑施工过程中的安全事故仍然时有发生，成为全社会关注的焦点问题之一。因此，如何完善建筑企业安全管理，控制安全事故的发生，是亟待解决的现实问题。本文首先阐述了我国建筑企业安全管理存在的问题，然后探讨加强建筑施工管理对策，最后通过实际案例详细的阐述了建筑施工管理存在的问题及对策。
Abstract
The construction industry is a high-risk sector, the construction enterprise security management is one of the key issues related to long-term development. In order to improve the level of safety management for the construction industry, our efforts to build a safety management system of the construction industry, and achieved significant results. Uneven due to the level of safety management of construction enterprises, some enterprises of production safety awareness is not strong, high quality on-site construction personnel, management methods and means backward factors, the construction process safety incidents still when there become one of the problems of the focus of attention. Therefore, how to improve the safety management of construction enterprises, control safety accidents is the real problem to be solved. At first, this paper expounds the problems existing in the construction enterprise security management in our country, and then discusses countermeasures to strengthen the construction management, at last, through the actual case in detail elaborated the construction management problems and countermeasures.
