摘要
本文通过带钢生产线的活套调节，针对活套实际存在的问题，建立活套调节与上下游机架间的级联调，依据活套调节量对上下游机架速度进行速度补偿，从而实现活套自适应调节，解决冬季轧钢不起套、带钢张力不恒定致使带钢宽度、厚度不均的问题。
Abstract
