摘要
大型电炉是未来炼钢的趋势,其对氧气压力的稳定要求比较高,冶炼过程氧气流量范围往往从每小时几百立方到一万多立方。这样大的调节范围,一般的调节阀很难胜任如此苛刻的生产要求,这就要求优化自动化仪表设计,以满足生产工艺要求。本文就此介绍调压装置的设计改进。
Abstract
The large electric arc furnace(referred to as “EAF”) is the future trend of steelmaking, the demand of stability on the oxygen pressure is higher in the smelting process, the oxygen flow range often from hundreds of cubic meters per hour to more than ten thousands. The general control valve is difficult to competent for such a demanding production requirements in such a great adjusting range, Thi-s requires that the automatic instrument engineers optimize their design which meets the requirement for this processing. This article introduces the design of the regulating device improvement.
