摘要
在施工的过程中，机电安装工程是建筑工程中的重要组成部分，贯穿于每个工程的施工阶段。所以，建筑工程机电安装工程的质量好坏直接与建筑工程的质量好坏挂钩。简要的说明了在建筑工程方面建筑工程机电施工技术管理的步骤与工程质量控制管理的关键因素，由此来达到在建筑施工的过程中保障人身、财产安全。
Abstract

Therefore, building mechanical and electrical installation quality directly linked to quality of construction projects.
