分析污迹纱线对后序织布和深加工生产的影响，在拉丝过程中经过喷雾、下集束器支架和排线器产生污迹纱线的原因，通过改变员工操作习惯、改进设备、更改拉丝排线比以避免和减少污迹丝饼产生；在捻线过程油污纱产生的原因及整改措施，改变排线比、管纱断头率、毛羽不合格率与纱线物理性能的对比。
