近年来，随着我国经济的快速发展，节能环保的项目越被重视。而风力发电是不可缺少的主要项目之一。其桩基础作为土建部分主要存在。桩基础属于隐蔽工程，施工技术复杂，工期长，造价高。因此桩基础工程中的造价控制已成为项目管理重要的组成部分和不可缺少的内容。本文结合桩基础工程施工管理经验，对桩基础工程造价管理进行探讨。
