摘要
随着中国房地产发展趋势，人们对建筑物的质量越来越重视。本项目特设QC小组对外墙渗漏水的质量通病进行现场试验研究，由试验得出外墙渗漏水中外墙螺杆洞渗漏占80%-85%。结合本工程管理实践经验，找出大模板外墙螺杆洞的渗漏水的根源，从而攻克并解决了建筑工程的质量通病——大模板外墙螺杆洞渗漏的难题。
Abstract
With the Chinese real estate development trend,people more and more attention to the quality of buildings.The project set up a special QC group of external wall quality problems seepage Water Leakage in order to test the study site,by the experiment of exterior wall leakage of external screw hole leakage water accounts for 80%-85%.Combined with management practice experience of this project, to find out the root of water leakage large formwork wall screw hole,so as to overcome and solve the problem of quality common in Construction -- large formwork wall screw hole leakage.
