浅谈变电运维培训工作的改进

摘要
针对当前变电运维人员岗位培训工作中存在的问题，就如何加强变电运维人员的岗位培训工作及改进培训方式等方面，提出了几点改进思路。
Abstract
In view of the current problems existing in the work of the job training to the operation and maintenance staffs of substation, this paper tries to put forward several improvement ideas in the following aspects such as strengthening the job training ,improving the training ways .
