浅谈航空军品质量管理人员的资格管理

摘要
针对航空军工单位质量管理岗位需求，本文按照航空军品质量管理人员分类及其质量职能明确了各类人员应知应会的质量管理理论知识范围、要点和程度，并且针对人员的资格鉴定提出了人员评价模式以及资格管理的具体办法和工作流程。
Abstract
In allusion to the post requirements for military aviation quality professionals,the article proposed knowledge and capacity requirements of military aviation quality professionals according to personnel classifications and quality functions, indicated points and extent of knowledge,and the article proposed personnel evaluation model and the specific measures for qualification management.
