摘要
目的:对市场上医用棉签出现变黄的样品进行原因分析。方法在医用棉签的行业标准的指导下,通过选择无菌、醚中可溶物、金属离子检测对试样进行生物、化学分析。结果经金属离子分析,发黄棉签的铁离子偏高,且该厂家的产品中的铁、锰离子也较其他厂家产品偏高。结论结合其生产工艺流程,考虑其生产设备的维护,故推断棉签发黄是因其在生产过程沾到微量金属,金属离子的存在致使氧化变黄。
Abstract
Objective To analysis the cause of the medical cotton samples appear yellow on the market. Methods Under the guidance of medical Cotton industry standard, by selecting a sterile, ether-soluble, metal ion detection of biological and chemical to analysis samples. Results Through the metal ion analysis,the yellow cotton has higher iron ions than others, and iron, manganese ion product is also higher compared to the manufacturers of the products of other manufacturers. Conclusion Combined with its production process, consider the maintenance of production equipment, it is concluded that the issue of yellow cotton is stained because of trace metals in the production process, resulting in the presence of metal ions in the oxide yellow.
