摘要
在电子政务环境下建设服务型政府，是我国政府职能改革和体制创新的一个新的发展方向，推动电子政务的建设与实现服务型政府具有密切的关系。本文阐述了电子政务与服务型政务的相关概念，通过对在电子政务环境下我国服务型政府建设所存在的问题这一层面的研究上，提出了在电子政务环境下我国建设服务型政府的有关对策。
Abstract
Building service-oriented government in e-government environment, is a new development direction of China's reform and institutional innovation of government functions, and promote the construction and implementation of e-government service-oriented government has a close relationship.
