In this report,we will mainly concentrate on the aspect of green second industry.As we consider that the main sources of pol-lution and carbon emissions are from industries,especially the sec-ond one.But in China,there are very few cities are capable to maintain the rapid economic development while protecting the eco-logical environment well at the same time.Therefore,we choose to study the green industrial aspect of Huizhou to see what measures the government has taken to protect the ecology as well as what lessons that we could draw from.
