Electrical and electronic technology shows important advantages in the field of nano-generation.Exploring the application of electrical and electronic technology in the field of nano-generation can promote the integration of theoretical knowledge and technological innovation,and promote the development of electrical engineering.The paper analyzes the new composite nano-generator based on the relevant knowledge of electrical and electronic technology,and explores the three-phase full-wave rectifier and voltage regulator circuits.The composite nano-generator consists of two modules,friction power generation and piezoelectric power generation,which are connected in series.The output open-circuit voltage is 690 V,and the short-circuit current is 390 μA.After the three-phase full wave rectification and voltage stabilization circuit,a 5V DC voltage output is finally achieved,which can supply power to the constant power devices.This design solves the energy demand problem faced by current electronic products and provides an important reference for the utilization and development of new energy sources.
