摘要
本文基于2018 年中国健康与养老追踪调查(CHARLS)数据,运用OLS模型和倾向得分匹配法研究社区居家养老服务对老年人心理健康的影响,并进一步考察生活满意度在二者之间的中介效应.结果表明:社区居家养老服务对老年人心理健康有显著的正向影响,有效改善了老年人的心理健康状况;从服务类型来看,健康服务和精神慰藉对老年人健康的改善作用显著,精神慰藉强于健康服务,但生活照护的作用不显著;生活满意度在社区居家养老服务与老年人心理健康的关系中存在部分中介效应.研究结果对于促进社区居家养老服务高质量发展、改善老年人心理健康状况具有一定的启示意义.
Abstract
Based on the 2018 China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study(CHARLS)data,this study utilizes the Ordinary Least Squares(OLS)model and propensity score matching to examine the impact of community home-based elderly care services on the psychological well-being of the elderly.Additionally,the study explores the mediating effect of life satisfaction between these services and elderly individuals'psychological health.The findings indicate that community home-based elderly have a significantly positive influence on the psychological well-being of the elderly,effectively improving their mental health.Among the dif-ferent types of services,health services and psychological comfort demonstrate sig-nificant effects on the improvement of elderly health,with psychological comfort exhibiting a stronger effect than health services.However,the role of life care services in this context is not significant.The study also reveals that life satisfaction partially mediates the relationship between community home-based elderly care services and the psychological well-being of the elderly.These research findings provide valuable insights for promoting the high-quality development of community-based home care services and improving the psychological health of the elderly.
