阐述了美国、日本、英国、法国、德国、新加坡等国的城市风貌控制与管理,归纳了国外城市风貌管控的主要经验.结合我国实际情况,形成对我国城市风貌控制与管理的启示,如建立法律制度、实行"循环反馈"制度、采取风貌方案"基准面"、加强特殊地管控等.
Abstract
The urban landscape control and management in countries such as the United States,Japan,the United Kingdom,France,Germany and Singapore were elaborated,the main experiences of foreign urban landscape control were summarized.Combined with the actual situation in Chi-na,inspirations for urban landscape control and management in China were formed,such as establishing a legal system,implementing a"circular feedback"system,adopting a"baseline"for landscape plans,and strengthening special area control.
