The birth,development and prosperity of Ukiyoe almost represent the history of Japanese art from the 17th to the 19th centuries.Now it also has a continuous influence on contemporary Japanese art and graphic design.Historically,Ukiyoe have played an important role in enlight-ening European modern painting from realism to planarization.At the same time,the artistic conception and spatial layout of Ukiyoshi are also deeply influenced by the form of Chinese landscape painting.The plane aesthetic form and spatial aesthetic form contained in the art of Ukiyoe were analyzed by giving examples of representative works of Ukiyoe.
