摘要
BRT城市客运系统利用现代化公交技术增加了城市公共交通运营的硬件系统,但仍有不足.针对后疫情时代下的乘客需求,研究了整个乘车路径中的触点及用户行为,包括乘客进站、候车、上车行为动态,从乘客需求、人机工程、智能设计、无障碍设计等方面进行了优化设计.
Abstract
BRT urban passenger transportation system uses modern public transportation technology to increase the hardware system of urban public transportation operation,but still has shortcomings.According to the needs of passengers in the post-epidemic era,the contact points and users behavior in the whole ride path were studied,including passenger entering,waiting and boarding behavior dynamics.The design was opti-mized in terms of passenger demand,ergonomics,intelligent design and barrier-free design.
