亚麻面料市场竞争日趋激烈,面料供方更加重视通过织造批量包袱样制作多系列色样,以推出符合流行趋势和原创的色织新品,从而提高市场竞争力.研究指出,在设计多规格、多花色系列色织亚麻色织包袱时,应以提高颜色样选出率和各工序的劳动效率为宗旨,同时介绍了在简单和复杂花型同步设计时合理配置分组的原则和工艺要点.
Abstract
With on-going competition of linen industry,the suppliers are attaching great importance to making serial samples collection by weav-ing blankets samples,so as to enhance competitiveness with series of innovative products of fancy patterns and colors in fashion.To prepare for such collection,manufacturer needs weave scores of blanket samples in multi-colored and multi-patterned pieces.The technological essentials and principles of rational allocation of grouping in the simultaneows design of simple and complex paterns were expatiated.
