In order to promote the digital reform of water conservancy,build the digital infrastructure and service platform of water culture,and form a cultural service supply system with online and offline integration,interaction and three-dimensional coverage,the construction of digital ex-hibition hall of water conservancy project was taken as the breakthrough point,combined with the characteristics of river basin culture,the design ideas,methods and digital technology application of digital exhibition hall were explored.O2O bridge was built to provide diversified ways and means for the preservation and display of digital assets,and promote the digital layout of water conservancy cultural industry.
