Design and simulation of phase change thermo-regulated fabric based on fi-nite element software
Variable temperature fabric is a kind of textile that can automatically adjust the temperature by combining phase change material with textile.At the same time,the traditional design and production mode can be changed by using finite element technology.The design process of phase change thermo-regulated fabric was carried out by finite element software,and the temperature regulation effect of thermo-regulated fabric was simulated and predicted.Firstly,the pattern was designed by AI graphic design software,and then transformed into three-dimensional model by SolidWorks stretching operation and imported into finite element software for simulation analysis.At the same time,the finite element software was used to simulate the temperature regulation function of phase change fabrics with different phase change area,different thickness and differ-ent ambient temperature,so as to provide new design ideas and optimization processes for designers while reducing costs.
